Nico knows what a big move feels like because he's lived it. Born in Maryland and raised in Northern Virginia, he served six years in the United States Marine Corps, including three overseas deployments, before making Florida home. After the Corps, he spent over four years in new home sales for two of the nation's largest builders, guiding families from first tour to closing day. Now he puts that builder-side experience, and a Marine's discipline, to work for his own clients across the Suncoast.
